
This journal was created to use in conjunction with Dr. Adair's "21 Ways to Get Over it for Teens: What You Should Know!" motivational, inspirational and empowering book. It is designed to help teens begin to change the way they think in order to change the way they behave. It includes positive messages, affirmations and ways of change for 21 days. Teens will be able to write their thoughts and use this workbook as a daily journal in their journey toward success.
